The place was pleasant and cute and the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY NICE, the location was excellent in the square on the second night. The double room with a tv & wc had basic facilities you need. There were a private safe, central heating, and a TV in the room.

The hotel had a charming and cozy décor that made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating areas, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Monschau. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always ready to assist and ensure that I had a comfortable stay.
The only thing I would have wished for a better vacation experience for senior people is if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage. However, this small inconvenience did not take away from the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

Hearty, home-made meals are served in the restaurant, which uses fresh, local produce including game and trout. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor. It was like having a Michelin-starred chef in the kitchen. I could taste the love and care that went into each dish.
